Development of a Total Temporomandibular Joint Replacement – NuFossa

Served as the Corporate Medical Director of a pseudo company (Buffalo Head & Neck Ltd.) that was assigned the role to develop a novel TMJ replacement. The company successfully achieved the required goal and developed an implant that mimicked the natural profile of the skull, was customizable according to patient needs and had minimum wear particle generation. The pyrolytic carbon implant (Brand Name- NuFossa®) thus developed was truly unique in its design and application.
Further, I served as one of the spokespersons for the company who presented the design, manufacturing, testing and marketing strategies being adopted to a group of experts in the TMJ field. The project gave an insight into the internal working of small startup companies and provided a valuable team building experience.
Depuis quelque temps, j’essaie de trouver une solution IPTV qui fonctionne correctement sans passer par des configurations trop complexes. Ce n’est pas toujours évident, car chaque service met en avant des arguments différents. En prenant le temps de voir les details, j’ai pu mieux comprendre certains critères que je ne considérais pas avant, comme la compatibilité avec les différentes applications ou la stabilité du flux selon la connexion. Cela m’a permis de revoir mes priorités et d’éviter de me concentrer uniquement sur des éléments secondaires. Une approche qui m’a aidé à faire des choix plus cohérents.
