I am a Computer Vision Scientist at Cargill working on large scale machine learning problems. I also serve as an adjunct faculty at the University of Saint Thomas. Some of my problems at work include - simple vision-based solutions, object detection and tracking, image segmentation, 3D point cloud data, and thermal images.
I have a PhD in medical robotics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I obtained my masters in mechanical engineering from the University at Buffalo, New York.
I have extensive experience and a profound interest in robotics, machine learning, reinforcement learning, brain-computer interfaces, human-machine interaction, UI/UX design. I have also undertaken projects involving the use of virtual and augmented reality technologies.
