Creating user interfaces to support human-cyber symbiosis for conceptual design exploration: A Truss

We present a human-cyber symbiotic system that can assist users in the conceptual design phase. The idea is demonstrated using a beam design interface. The interface can take in a truss structure as input and outputs the estimated stress in each member. The user can then modify the design iteratively until they arrive at a good feasible starting point for the detailed design stage.
